I recently "upgraded" to the Versa 4. I've loved it and haven't had an issues until recently. When I do my runs outside, I start the exercise tracker and it's still tracking at the end of my run requiring me to remember to stop it when I've made it home. When I decided to run at the gym, I turn on the tracker same as I would running outside. However, when I've completed my run and try to turn off the tracker, it isn't even on anymore. As if it wasn't engaging the entire time even though I am certain that I turned it on when I started. Any thoughts or suggestions?

@NGuttermuth , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your report.
Does the Versa 4 turn itself off, so that you have to restart the watch and the LEDs are off or just the activity recording is off, when you run on the gym?
When you are running at the gym, I assume that you are on a treadmill, right?
If so, do you move your wrist/arms during your runs, or do you have them on the handles of the treadmill?
If you have them on the handles, the Versa 4 might not see that you are moving, so that it might "think" that you re done with the activity or you have made a long pause from it.

Argh!
Mine is doing this too!
i’ll start the excerise mode, and finish my exercise and look at my watch and its back on the normal home screen. Instead of tracking an hour, it tracked 23 minutes. Very annoying! Did you find a solution?
