My Versa 4 does not always respond to touch in the mornings and therefore, I cannot track my workout.. This morning, after my workout (it tracked steps, not sure if it tracked the swim), my Versa 4 started flashing icons on the screen repeatedly. I reset it several times, disconnected it from my phone, reconnected it, and synced. Still flashing icons. It's been happening for over 30 minutes. Still going strong. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi @lesliejaworski0! It’s nice to see you around!
I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 screen is not working well. I appreciate all the steps you have been followed before contacting.
Since restarting your screen hasn't returned it to normal, please try changing the clock face:

Thank you for your suggestion but while at work, the screen went black. Since setting it on the charger, it now is only flashing the fitbit icon and an occasional red X. It won't do anything else. Any suggestions?
