Versa 4 - Floors count

For the last week and a half my Versa 4 has had a daily increase of over 180 floors .Help has been no help and has wasted my time ,as they say it is due to as example cutting the grass..I’m disappointed with help.My last Versa!

I would appreciate help with this too.

allegedly I have climbed 102 floors today. 
this began early June, I tried all of the trouble shoot options, resetting the device, ensuring everything is up to date, cleaning the device etc. I tried and tried and it became incredibly frustrating . 

I stopped wearing my device until today (22nd July) looking at my incredibly inaccurate statistics I remember why I stopped wearing. Who can I speak to to resolve this matter. I am going crazy it’s blood boiling. Paying for Fitbit premium when the technology doesn’t function as it should.
