Hello, I am trying to setup Google Wallet on my Veraa 4. I clicked the Fitbit Wallet on my watch and it opened the Wallet app and I was able to setup a card. However, the watch still display Fitbit Wallet and Google Wallet is not present on the watch. In the Fitbit app, when I click the Wallet tile, it opens a black screen for about 1 second and close.
Any one know what I should do?

Mine is doing the same. And has been for a week now. I have tried clearing the cache on the fitbit app and it still does it.

I have the same problem, when I went to set it up with my card it prompted me to open the banking app and then just did the same thing, I left it for a while to se if it would clear but I can get it to clear.

Over the past few days, I did factory reset the watch a few times. Yesterday, after the reset, I was able to open the Wallet tile, setup a credit card with my bank (I chose email verfication this time as opposed to using the banking app) and the card now appears in Fitbit Pay on the watch. I was also able to make transactions with the watch and they synch correctly with the Google Wallet app on the phone.
However, the problem is not solve because I can't go back in the Wallet tile to setup a second card. Whenever I open the Wallet tile, I does the same as usualy, opening a black screen for 1 second and then closing again. This is very annoying. I am still waiting for support, if they ever get in touch.

Same here. Got a new credit card and wanted to add it to the google wallet in the fitbit app, but it closes a second after opening. After a factory reset and reinstallation of the app (which I had done about ten times in the last two weeks) I was able to add the card. After this the wallet fell back in the old behaviour of not opening. It works quite fine to pay with the watch, but I cannot see any transaction, because it does not open! I got the transaction infos just from my banking app. Two days ago there was an update of the fitbit app, but no change on this. For now it's ok for me, but I think fitbit should start to solve their customers problems and not pointing to google or the banks. especially because fitbit IS google now.

The same is happening to my Google Wallet. It will not load. I have no way of making any changes. Hope they fix it soon

I'm having the same problem. I set wallet up. And, it's working. But, I can't open the wallet app from the Fitbit app. It just opens up wallet for 1 or 2 seconds, then returns me to the fitbit app.

I don't know for sure that these issues are linked, but since I tried to add a card to the watch Wallet, it seems that the sleep data and weather data (at least) don't sync anymore to the watch. It worked fine before. Anyone else can confirm?

Both weather and sleep data are still synching on my side. However, sleep data can take a few hours to synch, which can be annoying. I had occasions where the sleep data took more than 4 hours to synch on the watch.

Had exact same issue, took sometime but managed to find a fix.
Let me know how this goes for you, so I can copy pasta these instructions to others as when googling for an answer I found many threads...
