I have a Versa 4. My heart rate monitoring stopping working a while ago so I was just using it as a watch and text alerts. I did all the steps to get it working today after draining the battery, doing a factory reset, deleting the app, clearing the cash, checking permissions and ensuring the HR feature was enabled, and it still doesn't work. No lights flashing, nothing. What can I do to fix this? I assume that it's a hardware issue. I purchased this through Target.
