My versa 4 has stopped recording as well as tracking my heart rate which also means it won’t tack sleep or zone minutes. This started a while ago and originally I thought maybe it just required an update so I left it for a month or so but upon trying to use it again I have encountered the same problem. The heart rate LEDs don’t even light up. I’ve tried factory restring it as well as shutting it down.

Hi @NoahSmith - sorry to say but your watch has probably developed a fault which can happen if it gets wet.
If it's still under warranty it can be replaced.

Hi @NoahSmith. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for sharing with us the inquiry about this issue with your Versa 4.
Please confirm that you have tried to restart the device as indicated: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
If your watch doesn't detect a heart-rate signal, make sure you're wearing your watch correctly, either by moving it higher or lower on your wrist or by tightening or loosening the band. Versa 4 should be in contact with your skin. After holding your arm still and straight for a short time, you should see your heart rate again.
In addition, please follow the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information and check the information mentioned here about other factors that could affect your heart rate reading, this has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar.
Thanks for taking the time to help @Guy_.
