Hi @Porthill! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

If you wish to change your clock format, you will need to do so from your Fitbit app:

Open the app.
Tap the icon in the top left corner (where you see the battery %).
Tap the image of your Versa 4.
Once inside, you'll see an image of the current clock face, and right below it, you'll see "Clock faces."
Select your desired clock face and tap Install.
Sync
