Hi @jmxoc - is it really lost or just misplaced? Just in case a Bluetooth finder may be able to locate it if it still has battery and you are within a few feet ( less than 30 generally)

When the battery runs out it will stop working and become disabled.

If it is still on your account you still own it.

Hello @jmxoc! Welcome to our community forums!

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your Versa 4.

@Guy_ Thank you so much for your advice!

@jmxoc If you've already tried to locate your watch using Bluetooth tracking apps and haven't been able to find it, you can remove your Versa 4 from your account. Don't worry, your personal information remains in your app and account, and no one else will have access to it.

To remove your watch from the account:

  1. Open your app at the Today tab

  2. Tap the devices icon in the upper left corner.
  3. Tap the device you want to remove.
  4. Tap the option "System"
  5. To remove the device tap "Disconnect device".
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the device from your account.
