Versa 4 is not syncing all the data to app

I had to reset my verse 4 several times to start update and still doesn’t work , everything was fine until they made users use Gmail account. 

also my versa 4 doesn’t update my steps from the app to watch ???

Thank you for letting us know that your Versa 4 is not syncing all your data to the app.  

My suggestion in this case is that you set up your Versa 4 as new by following the steps below:

  1. Open the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap the account icon in the top left corner.
  3. Choose “Add more devices.”
  4. Select the picture of your Versa 4.
  5. A message will appear that says “replace your Versa 4,” tap OK.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
