Android App on Samsung Note not working with saving manually entered information for Versa 4.
I have been a customer for 13 years since even when it was a bodybugg device. The latest issues with the app syncing incorrectly and not recording manual activities is very frustrating. I have tried to sync right after entering a manual run activity, nothing saves, then the steps from prior days seem to register the manual enter for steps, but they disappear when checked the next day. I have done all the fixes in the community, had a chat session, and no fix. Still haven't received a promised email for the fix from another support agent. I just want the darn thing to work like it had for years. This has me wondering what product may be better. I am also wondering why they took the web based app down. It never had as bad of problems since Google stopped supporting the webversion.
Anyone have a fix to get the manually entered activities to actually save in an Android app? I have also tried to enter a manual activity on my iPad in the app, and it is also not working.
