Hi! So I had a versa lite when it first came out and I swear there was an app that I could see all of my messages (kinda like on a Samsung or apple watch). Fast-forward a couple of years and I'm back to having a Versa 4. I can only see my messages when I get the notification. If I need to go back and look at what they say or respond after ice opened the messages I have to do it through my phone as there is not an app on the versa to see any messages. Is this right? I have a galaxy s22 ultra and have looked on the Fitbit app for messages but I am only given a notification option.
My second issue is the temperature. I've worn the watch for over 2 weeks now and it still has not recorded a single temperature at night. I have tried restarting everything, clearing data even though there is none, and the app and software is up to date so what is the issue?
I feel like I'm better off taking the watch back and sticking to my old galaxy watch because I am not impressed. I felt like my versa lite was better than this even.

Hi, @Kwagner15 - there are no apps for a Versa 4 or Sense 2, though you should be able to see the notifications that appear on your phone on the watch.
To read the whole message you need a phone, but sometimes if the message is short the notification contains the whole content.
Fitbit have a 45 day return policy if bought through them or may be an authorised dealer, though stores also may have a 14 or 30 day return window.

@Kwagner15- Fitbit has not announced why and as users, we are also not privy to the design and marketing parameters.
