I walked almost 1000 steps this morning already and when I try to sync the app the steps keep going down, then my Fitbit changes its steps to whatever the app says, which is now 563. What is going on?? It’s also not calculating sleep correctly either.

Same - treadmill workout went from 10,000 steps to 7,900 in a flash.

They need to fix this. A few days ago my sleep wasn’t calculating correctly either.

same with me today. I turned on the tracker, exercised , stopped the tracker, but nothing on my app.. so dissapointing, had one of my best days today (versa 4 not charge 6 ..)

I was up to 5000 steps and in a flash I’m now at 90? This is crazy.

Thank you... I turned off my Versa a few times... also turned off Bluetooth on my iPhone. After an hour or so my steps re-appeared. MAGIC!

I dont know what I did but its there now. thank you for your answer.
1 thing tho, I had to restart my fitbit onge and it said I would loose my data, so I didnt dere try that today.
