I just got a Versa 4 for my birthday, but I cannot get the voice assistant to work because there is no Alexa app included with it. It says to use the app on phone, but there is no such tile in the fitbit after setup is completed. I also made sure that my Alexa account had the Fitbit skill install and linked to my fitbit account.
I tired logging in and out; rebooting my phone; removing and resetting up the device 3 times; and rebooting the versa4 itself. Nothing seems to make the app show up.
It seems like a lot of functionality is lost if I can't get a voice assistant working, so can someone please fix this?
P.S. It seems I'm also supposed to have access to Google Maps, that is also missing.
