Versa 4 - No internet connetion while installing apps

ANSWERED

I just bought a Google Fitbit Versa 4, when I try from the phone to access applications and the clock to change the world, an error message appears on the screen.

You do not have an internet connection.

While I am well connected to my wifi.

I tried to unpair the watch in the bluetooth, erase the watch on the Fitbit app, clear the bluetooth cache, clear the Fitbit cache, nothing changes.

No, I cannot change the dial or add the application.

It’s annoying..

Thank you in advance for your help, sorry if I wrote it wrong, I am French

Hi @Temp1209, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you install the apps on your Versa 4 from your Fitbit App. Thank you for your efforts.

If you are seeing the message "Oops, looks like there's no internet connection", you may need to make some adjustments on your mobile. It has to do with some permissions of the network. The specific steps depend on the Operating system you are currently running. To do so, follow the instructions below:

Android: With your mobile phone, disable Private DNS: Tap Settings and then Network & Internet and then Private DNS.

For iOS: Refer to Turn a private address off for a network.
