Versa 4 - Not sync or pairing to app

Phone updated and app updated. Now fitbit will not sync or pair by blue tooth

Thank you for describing your situation I truly appreciate the steps that you already tried to fix the situation by yourself.

I recommend you to also update your Fitbit device like indicated in this help article: Update your Fitbit device.

Has I have indicated would gladly do the update, but in order to do that I need to be able to sync and pair. These glitches happen everytime they have updates. My Versa is not even two years old. This is a very bad look for fitbit. Nothing is working. So the glitch is on fitbit end. They need to fix it. I will continue to try. The last time it took fitbit almost 5 days to fix.

Here is the problem. Can't update if I can't pair it. It will not update if
you can't sync it. My Versa is not even two years old. They need to fix
their glitch.
