Thank you for describing your situation I truly appreciate the steps that you already tried to fix the situation by yourself.

I recommend you to also update your Fitbit device like indicated in this help article: Update your Fitbit device.
Best AnswerHas I have indicated would gladly do the update, but in order to do that I need to be able to sync and pair. These glitches happen everytime they have updates. My Versa is not even two years old. This is a very bad look for fitbit. Nothing is working. So the glitch is on fitbit end. They need to fix it. I will continue to try. The last time it took fitbit almost 5 days to fix.
