Hello! I cannot receive notifications from WhatsApp, Facebook, or my calendar on my Versa 4. I have already paired it with my iPhone 15, restarted the device, and deleted and reinstalled the Fitbit app.. Is there any synchronization issue with iOS?

I'm having the same issues , I've tried everything suggested. Ialso can't set up Alexa. The app says it's connected but when I try to use it the device says I neednto setit up.I'm going round in circles. Beginning to think it's faulty
