Hi there, @Eshie27. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still stuck on that message. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As our last resort, I'd recommend performing a Factory Reset. When you reset your watch to factory settings:

  • Data stored on your watch is erasedwhich includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account
  • Installed apps and their data are erased.
  • System settings and preferences are erased.
  • Your watch is unpaired from your phone. To use it, you'll need to pair your watch with your phone again.

To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Press and hold the device's button until the screen turns off, then begins to flash.
  2. When the screen begins to flash, release the button and immediately press and hold the button again.
  3. Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear. Once the logo disappears and the screen begins to flash again, release the button, then press and hold the button again.
  4. When the Fitbit logo appears, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.

Hey!

I think I celebrated too soon 😞

After the factory reset and syncing with my new phone, the versa 4 worked fine only for a couple of hours..

Now it keeps getting shut down and only when connected to the charger it restarts ..however even after 100% charging it shuts down within 2 3 hours n the moment I connect it to the charger it show almost 70% battery life stil available

I can't find any service centre that would help me restart my watch. What do I do???
