Versa 4 Reminders to Move button keeps disabling

I go to Activity and Wellness on my settings.  Click Daily Activity. Click Hourly Activity Goal. Click on Reminders to Move. I leave the app, go back on and the Reminders to Move is disabled. It’s frustrating! HELP!

HI @Nohollabackgirl - the app may not be saving the change, try logout of the app, swipe off the active window and in Android, clear the storage cache and force stop it, then restart the phone and the watch, to ensure good syncing after. Then try again.

After turning the reminders on, sync the watch manually with a pull down on the phone Fitbit App screen.

I have apple. Just bought another Fitbit. Same problem. Reminders to move unclicks.
