Hi all, my versa 4 screen went dead on Friday after I was swimming. I thought it was out of charge but when I plugged it in later the screen flickered loads and then went completely black. I can't sync it at all and I can't view anything on the fitbit screen at all. My husband said he's sure he got extended warranty when he bought it.... That was December 2023. Any suggestions please?

Have you ever tried to restart the device ? How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Are you able to see the lights on the back of the pebble ?

Thank you for the response.
I have tried to restart yes but I can't see anything on the screen so I didn't get any further. No, no lights showing on the back....
