Versa 4 Sleep Mode Won’t Shut Off

Hello,

I recently updated my Versa 4 (purchased late Nov. 2023) Since then, it is stuck on either Sleep Mode or DND. When I go to Quiet Times in settings, all options besides Focus Mode are grayed out but both SM and DND say OFF. When I tap anything else related to Sleep Mode, it just says “Locked for Do not disturb” 

I have tried to change it on my FitBit and phone, done several factory resets, checked for software updates, and did a force restart on my phone.  I would appreciate any advice on how to fix this.

Thank you so much for letting us know that your Versa 4 is stuck in Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode and for all your efforts.
