As of this morning, I noticed my Versa 4 stopped syncing with my phone app accurately. It tracked slept hours but no heart rate data. It has not synced my steps, or heart rate all day. When I try to sync it says it can't sync. I've tried turning on/off my Bluetooth and restarted my phone. Still nothing.

Hi @RikaRika - there are/have been some Fitbit server issues starting Feb 6th. Once resolved, it should work again but past information may still not appear correctly.
Try logout of the Fitbit App and if you can login and it has been resolved, it may work again.

As @Guy_ mentioned, there where some server issues the last days. If you're having trouble syncing you Fitbit device, you can always check whether it might be an issue with the Fitbit servers by looking at
