Versa 4 - Synching issues and apps feedback

Synching: Hello! Everyone morning when I wake up I refresh the Fitbit app so it synchs to my watch so I can see my sleep information and get updated weather info on the watch. I've done this last 2 days and on my watch it says "sleep: no data yet". And on the weather app it says "last synched at 11:06pm". I am refreshing/synching on the app but it's not reflecting on the watch. What am I doing wrong here?

Apps: Also, I know a million a people have said this, just waiting for Fitbit to listen. But if you're not going to allow 3rd party apps... Then at least create your own apps! and supply us with a basic calculator and calendar. I get it that "there's an Alexa, just ask her your math questions". Well if I'm not near my phone I can't use my Alexa. If I was near my phone, I'd prolly just use phones calculator. I like my Versa 4 so far. I'm sad how people are calling it a downgrade, because it could be great if you just listen to people and give them what they want... If a 1998 little flip phone had a calculator and calendar... My 2023 smart watch should. Don't go backwards in the technology. Be innovative. You have created this amazing technology... use it! Just create more "Fitbit created" apps and people will stop complaining.

The syncing issues happens to everybody, many people didn’t like this as you cannot just wake up and look at your scores. I too find it annoying that you cannot use your assistant if you’re not close to your phone. Many people do want 3rd party apps, unfortunately they will not add them. Up to now, there will be no new apps added. So you do make a point…

Hi @DeannaC07 - Fitbit purposely removed things from this watch at design time so they won't get put back.

If you are in the window and if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

That way you can get a watch which works, a Versa 3 is more flexible and has Apps or other makes too.
