Who would like to see a better support solution than blindly sending in your device and being over a week (for me so far) without it? My suggestion that they have a loaner or partnership with one of their retail sales partners ie: best buy. You get a loaner watch while they have yours? Maybe geek squad could help troubleshoot prior to issuing a loaner until yours is fixed
