Can't set up a card on Google Wallet

Hi. I have an issue trying to set up my Citi Visa Costco card in Google Waller on my Versa 4. I already have 2 other cards configured, but the FitBit app says my bank doesn't support tap to pay with my watch. When I look at the list of supported banks, I clearly see "Citibank, N.A.- Costco (Visa)" listed.

Have you contacted the support number on the back of the card @TonyInCali

As users, we are far out of the Bank-Fitbit link. The bank has to add fitbit, fitbit doesn't add the bank.

Hi there, @TonyInCali. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with Google Play.

Currently, some cards that are supported on Google Wallet with your Android phone may not be supported on Google Wallet for Fitbit. For now, if you want to use a card that isn’t currently supported, you can still pay with your phone.

As @Rich_Laue has mentioned, if you have questions or feedback about your card, contact your bank.

I have the same issue. When I contact Citi support, they say it 'should' work, and don't know why it doesn't. Not helpful

If Citi says it should work, then contact support with as much info as you can.

Date, time, any error messages., at what step did the error occur. Letting support know that Citi doesn't see why it should not work.

PS Citi should have a record of you trying, that is if the request made it to Citi.

I have the same issue as @Rich_Laue.

@MarreFitbit I bought my Fitbit Sense 2 last month based on the fact that the card would work with Wallet.

It's very misleading to add the card to the supported list if it's known that the card won't work. That's my main concern. This should be fixed.

I've also reached out to Fitbit, the Bank and Google to get ping pinged between the three. Isn't it more effective if the 3 (who are the ones with the logs) address this directly rather than leave it to users?

Hi @ramzimort - if you have an iPhone this may be the reason for the problem.
