Versa 4 - Time won't change

Just got new versa4.  Time won’t change. Already set zones and synced

Can you please check when was the last time your Versa 4 was synced?

 
If you changed time zones and the time on your device is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone in the Fitbit app is correct.

Manually sync your Fitbit device:

  1. With your device nearby, open the Fitbit app.
  2. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, touch and hold the screen, and pull down to sync your Fitbit device.
  3. If you encounter a sync error message, go to Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
