Thank you for letting us know that your watches are showing a slower/faster time compared to other clocks.

Have you already checked if you can update your watches? If the pink Update button appears but you cannot download it, please see: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

@Finchville You can try to sync your Vesra 4 with the Fitbit app this way:

With your device nearby, open the Fitbit app and tap the Today tab
Tap and hold on the screen and pull down.
Or use the Sync Now option:
From the Today tab , tap Devices device image.
Tap Sync Now.
