I recently received a Versa 4 for Christmas after owning a Versa 3 for years

I had problems with the tracker on the watch before updating the tracker via the app, and I have been using the app on the phone to track the walks I have been on.

On New Years day  I tracked an 8km walk, it did pause in the middle of the walk but I resumed it as soon as I noticed it, then when finished I clicked end, it had a map of where I walked and it had the pace for each km.

This walk is now not showing on my app, or in Strava.

Is there anyway of finding this activity, it is really disappointing that it is not showing
