I just got my versa 4 yesterday and this feature worked once then stopped. I chatted with support today and apparently his suggestions were taking too long for me to complete that he told me to come back if it didn't work and left.

Any update on transcription error. This is quite frustrating to have a device that doesn't do what the manufacturer promises it will do.

I've had mine since Feb of this year and that feature used to work. I don't think fitbit would replace it. It was fine for several months, probably until I switched to Google....

Has this been fixed yet? I really want to return this as it is one of my most used features I used on my Versa 2...I just upgraded and hate it right now. Please let me know if there is a fix for this yet. Thank you!

Thanks for your continued reports. As stated on my previous posts this has already been reported to our team and they're working on this. Currently there aren't more details to share; however, as mentioned before, I'll update this thread as soon as I receive more information from them.

I've placed an inquiry into this via tech services phone call. They claim to be aware but give no expectation even tho I have asked for a time frame. The answer seems to be setting up a non Gmail email account and using that for fitbit.

Unfortunately not, once you have moved to Google account there's no going back. You can create a totally new fitbit account but then you loose everything. This is what I did 😊
