Since the new update my Versa 4 has had a mind of it's own! My heart rate has doubled in a matter of days, exercise starting randomly, screen blacking out but watch constantly vibrating.
I have tried a factory reset but the issue are continuing all since the new update a couple of days ago. I think I'm in the market for a new smartwatch.
Also why has the option to have an online chat with a Fitbit operator gone? I don't want a phone call.
