Versa 4 - Watch stuck at logo

Tried all you mentioned in the forum but not able to start the watch again. And the watch is new, only used it once.

Hi @Genugten - it may be faulty, perhaps contact support to help you with a factory reset or replace with a refurbished one under guarantee.
