Versa 4 WhatsApp notifications not received

Unable to connect to WhatsApp no problem on last watch.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not receiving WhatsApp notifications. 

I understand that you are receiving the rest of the notifications normally; in that case, please check the following: 

• In your Fitbit app, verify that WhatsApp is selected to always receive notifications, even when the app is locked.
• If you have an iPhone verify the Bluetooth settings:

1. On your phone, tap Settings   Bluetooth  . Tap the information icon   next to the name of your Fitbit device.
2. Turn on   Share System Notifications. If you don't see the System Notifications option:
   • Restart your Fitbit device. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
   • Tap Allow when you receive a message on your iPhone or iPad asking if you want your Fitbit device to show notifications.
   • Tap the information icon   next to the name of your Fitbit device.
   • Turn on Share System Notifications.
