Notifications are not working on my Versa 4

Received a versa 4 new for xmas, it worked flawlessly on my samsund s22 for 2 days but all the sudden the notification stop working, everything else on the watch works perfect. I have followed through troubleshooting flow charts numerous times, restarted watch and phone, checked Bluetooth, made sure notification options were right on phone and watch. Nothing has fix my issue. Any help?

Hi @Brandonlast - you are probably stuck in Sleep or DND in the watch Settings, a known issue on original firmware, may be visible or not visible, if the watch is syncing fine.

One way to resolve that is a factory reset and set it up again. This should ensure a later firmware is installed.

So I did this last night and less than 24 hours later the watch is not giving notifications again. I think its time to return this watch.   Thanks for the reply.

I did that and I got the same results, after a day or less it stopped working. I already returned the watch.
