Let me help you with the notifications setup of your Versa 4.
I you are not receiving any notifications at all and you need to ste them up from scratch, follow the instructions in our help article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? below "How do I set up notifications?".
In this section you'll find detailed instructions depending on the operating system your mobile is runnng.
If you already setup notifications and those from Whatsapp are the only ones missing, you need to go the notifications settings on the Fitbit app and select the specific app you want receive notifications from.
