I'm having a frustrating issue with alarms on the Versa 4.

If I set an one-off alarm for the morning, it will go off as expected

However, if I set an alarm and set it as a recurring alarm for Mon-Sat so that I can wake at the ideal time, the alarm never persists and vanishes from the device overnight.

I can only assume that the alarm data is being wiped during the sync process.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I'm tempted to do a full factory reset and re-pair with my handset.
