Amazon Alexa is showing connected in mobile app and watch but I can not ask questions or set alarms. Logo keep disappearing and timing out. Have added device again and reset defaults. Suggestions?

I’ve not been able to get Alexa working either. It gets connected fine, but when I try to use it I get the same message “To use Alexa you need to go to the app and connect devices blah blah blah”. Works fine on my Versa 2, so it is an issue with the Versa 4.
Maybe others have had better luck?

It also worked well on my Versa 2 for a period and then started giving me the same message that I am getting on the Versa 4. I thought I was upgrading therefore eliminating this problem. I guess I was wrong!

So if it doesn’t work on your Versa 2 then it is not limited to a Versa 4 problem. The solution must lie elsewhere and a bug report should be filed.
