Sadly my versa 4 will not update in the app unless I keep the app open. It use to work behind the scenes. This is aggravating. Also the app freezes up when i attempt to look at my data for exercises. I’m in the market for a new device. I’m thinking of switching to an Apple Watch. I love my Fitbit but I’m not happy with the performance

Please make sure your phone does meet Fitbit's current system requirements as listed here: Fitbit System Requirements. In addition, please confirm that you are followed the steps listed below:
Please, pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Our team is currently working on fixing a known issue with the app freezing. They are working to find a solution soon.
