Versa 4 band defective

My Versa 4 band keeps unlatching randomly. I haven’t lost it yet, but it has fallen off my wrist multiple times. It’s only a couple months old, but it has been doing it since I got it. It’s the original band. The pink one. What should I do?

I also lost my Sense 2 because the band was weak. It’s a shame because the watch itself is good.

I wonder if the issue is a defective band, rather than an issue with the latches on the watch. You could try alternatives from Amazon (not sure where else). I found some nice quality ones on Amazon and I wear a different one every day. That's also more sanitary. Then I wash a whole bunch of them all at once, for efficiency. Plus you could match your outfits, and not get bored with the same color. I also have the original band and it does not fall out for me but it is not my favorite one.

If you try alternate bands and they also fall off, then get the watch replaced, while it is still under warranty.
