I noticed that when I got home last Friday that my fitbit battery was dead. 30 minutes after charging to 100% I had 50%, charged again before bed. Woke up it was dead again. Charged again, power cycled no help. Reset it to factory settings, charged again and the battery is low again. Gps is off.

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4. Thanks for having taken the time trying to get things fixed by yourself.
As unfortunately none of those efforts have worked, I'd suggest to contact Fitbit support for further assistance:
