the problem: my versa 4 after only 1 year works for an hour with 100 charge- and then is dead again. it works only in charge! pushing bottom and get a neverending loop of green logo and then a red X. I tried ALL things recommended several times but nothing! note that I don't use notifications, always on display ecc...
it's a real SHAME from fitbit that nobody face the problem and they just don't care about us. older products didn't have such problems!
We all- 5 people with the same problem after 7 years of Fitbit- will definitely pass to Apple watch.
