Versa 4 battery draining too fast

I'm having the exact same issue as other fitbit users for the last week or so. I charge it in the morning and by 6pm, it's dead or almost dead. I've followed the recommendations given by the Fitbit moderators but this didnt help.  Ever since moving my account to Google, my Versa 4 is letting me down. It's pointless even putting it on my wrist at this stage. The moderators are giving scripted replies and nobody is addressing the root cause.

HELP PLEASE
