All of a sudden my versa 4 is unable to hold a charge. it used to hold for about 5 days then one day it changed and I’m lucky if it lasts 3. I don’t have it on “always on display” I rarely use gps, literally nothing has changed except my Fitbit has decided it doesn’t wish to hold a charge. The thing isn’t even a year old and shouldn’t be acting like this…

Hi @Tess963 - if the watch is having syncing issues following a Fitbit App update it can consume more battery.
But first hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
It can be a good idea to restart the phone too.
If this doesn't help try turning off the phone's Bluetooth when not syncing.
The watch can still be replaced under warranty if nothing helps.
