I bought the Versa 4, 2 months ago. In these two months the battery never really worked properly. I had to charge it every other day. Now when I charge it to 100%, it dies in like 6 hours (when I’m sleeping even). How do i fix this? Can I get a new device, since I haven’t even got to use it properly but the device was expensive.

Hi there, @KajPrins. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 4.
Please note, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.
If none of the above works, please follow @Talahthas's advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

@KajPrins Welcome to the Fitbit community!
Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. I'd try to restart it and see whether or not this will correct the issue. To do so, press and keep pressed Versa 4' side button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the display.
If this doesn't work for you, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support as your device is covered under Fitbit's warranty:
