Versa 4 keeps restarting

Good day everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else was having random restarts throughout the day? My Versa 4 will restart randomly about 5 or 6 times a day. It will continuously restart if I leave my phone in the bedroom and go to the main floor or basement of my house until I am near my phone again. I don't think it should be restarting or shutting off when I am not near my phone. That was the purpose to be able to workout/bike without the phone in my pocket and still keep track of things.

I have made sure that it is up to date on firmware. It has a fitbit created clockface. I have read other things on the forum and tried that but it still does the same thing. I have had the watch for just over  a week and am not very happy. I also can't get it to read my heartbeat on my left wrist so I have to wear it on my right.

Hi @RB2323  - it is known that tattoos can affect how the heart rate is measured. This may be the reason.

Constant restarts shouldn't happen, it may be faulty too.

As it is unusable take it back for a refund.
