I've attempted to chat with CS. That was a joke. I've turned everything off. Tried the restart, remove Bluetooth etc..
The battery life is bad.
Upon checking here, I found out that your Fitbit synced 10 minutes ago with the battery charged to 100% on 7th of april at 02:00 and depleted to 49% on today 8th of april at 21:00.
I'm hoping amazon is more helpful

My unit gets at a minimum 5/days so I would say that there is definitely something wrong with your unit. I am not support, only and end user so I'd just get a refund from Amazon. I purchased a used ( Apple Gen 3 ) watch on ebay that is better at everything but battery life.

Hi @jennsmith47 - if you are exercising with it for runs it maybe using the GPS which is quoted as 5 hours before complete depletion.
If that is not the case it could be faulty and need replacing under warranty.
