Versa 4 battery is draining quickly

I upgraded from a charge 2 to a versa 4 to be able to read text and answer call if needed. I've never gotten more than 3 days on a single charge and I thought that was great. I never use it for call but I do text from it and get notifications, I've never changed the settings but a single charge has went from 3 days to not making through my 12 hour shift at work. Is my versa malfunctioning? What can I do to go back to getting 3 days out of a fully charged battery?

Hi @Niki9835 - such a short battery life is probably a watch fault and it may need replacing under warranty.

But first hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Also try with the phone's Bluetooth switched off to see if the battery lasts.

Note: if you have done exercises with the GPS turned on it could reduce battery life to only 5 hours continuously.
