My Fitbit worked fine for a year and now has suddenly stopped charging and no display. I bought it in the US but I live in Thailand. Is there anywhere in the world that can repair it? I understand it just went out of warranty. The company just wants to sell me a new one and will give no information about repair. Thank you.

Hi @Annathai - just in case it is something simple did you check this link How to check charge cable - Sense 2 / Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Unfortunately if you can't charge it then it is faulty, possibly from water getting in.
If you need to replace it look carefully as there are now watches with even longer battery life and more features.
