What is the reason Fitbit has done nothing to correct the issues the latest update has created? Also if you buy a new Versa 4 will the 214.24 update be on it? Won't that cause the exact same problems as my less than 2 years old Versa 4 is having?

The latest update for your Fitbit device is meant to access the latest features and improvements. If you are experiencing battery issues, please specify the type of issues you are experiencing. If the issue is more related to battery life, i recommend to check the tips suggested in our help article Extend your Fitbit device's battery life.
In regards to the firmware update for a brand new Versa 4, it won't probably have the latest version. However, once you pair you device to your account, the setup process will automatically look for the latest update to install.

Just read everyone's issues and those are mine too. I've done everything to troubleshoot battery issue. Nothing works.
I bought less than two years ago. This is totally unacceptable. I know you're not the decision makers but someone needs to take responsibility and fix this.
Needless to say I will not be buying another Fitbit or anything related.
