Versa 4 battery level drops quickly

My Versa 4 thinks the battery is low then shuts down by itself. When I put it on charge, sometimes it says 70% !  It seems that the level displayed by the Watch is not the actual level. The real level is much higher. My Versa 4 is 15 months old… Please, help !
