Versa 4 battery life

I've had my Versa 4 for about 2 months.  The battery was last 6-7 days.  For the last two weeks, it's only lasting about 3 days.  Nothing has changed in my settings or activity.  I've checked out the article on battery life and none of it applies.  I'm disappointed and feel cheated by the advertised features.

Hi @Tam0401 - did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.

Hi @PenniLess - have you restarted the watch recently to refresh it's working.

 

Is it possible your Fitbit App was updated recently there may be a syncing issue which drains the battery quicker, to test turn off the phone Bluetooth and see if the usage improves.

Funnily enough, I already had Bluetooth turned off after getting a new set of conductive headphones.  Turning it back on, the Versa will not sync.  You may have given me the clue to sorting this!

My battery life is terrible. I get less than a day.  I’m so disappointed by this watch for many reasons this one Esp.  I really regret buying

I regret buying it as well.  Too much money for such poor performance.  I saw another posting about it not tracking skin temp and mine doesn't either.  I don't recommend anyone buy this thing.

Yes unfortunately I’m past that:(   It will def be my last Fitbit sadly  I will move to an Apple Watch  it was was too much money for what it is now

@PenniLess-  as you are outside the refund window can you post what actual problem you have, as it's no longer clear which. Many can be resolved simply.
