Versa 4 battery life

I bought a new Versa 4 over the xmas break I'm having to charge it every day is that normal

Looks like I might have a reject I had the versa2 now got the versa4 very difficult to use still need to charge every day going to take it back to Argos for a refund I give it 1 star out of 5 and at some point will leave feedback to that effect
